Required education qualifications and experience Knowledge/Expertise • Qualifications in Development Studies, Community Development, Forestry, Agriculture, Agroforestry and/or related fields. • Professional qualifications and experience in institutional and organisational development processes. • Understanding of the economic and social context, including land tenure systems in the Mt. Elgon Landscape. Experience • Prior track record in implementing/leading institutional and organisational development processes Uganda. • Successful completion of assignments in the development sector, with a focus on institutional and organisational development and capacity building in forestry, agriculture and/or agroforestry, and climate change.
