Description
Prior track record in implementing/leading institutional and organisational development processes Uganda.
Successful completion of assignments in the development sector, with a focus on institutional and organisational development and capacity building in forestry, agriculture and/or agroforestry, and climate change.
Skills and Abilities
Ability and skills in working with local communities and community groups.
Ability to engage and liaise with multiple stakeholders at different levels.
Ability to effectively engage with internal and external specialists as needed.
Knowledge of languages and dialects spoken in the Mt. Elgon landscape would be favourable.
