Technical Evaluation
. Scoring Method Your Proposal will be assigned a score from 0 to 10 for each of the technical evaluation criteria, such that ‘0’ is low and ‘10’ is high. 5
Minimum Quality Thresholds Proposals that receive a score of ‘0’ for any of the criteria will not be considered further.
