As a Contracts and Grant Specialist, M/s kyobe has proven her ability to allocate technical and financial resources, build teams, create supportive work relationships, develop result oriented strategies and plans with the subcontractors. She has successfully managed the financial, logistics of the subcontractors in accordance to the donor agreements in the unique approaches the project uses such as performance based contracting.
Head of finance and Resources
Stella coordinated the process of developing the finance and administration at the Mildmay Jajja’s home which was a project for Mildmay International. This included Provide a comprehensive financial and resources management service to the Director and the Board to help lead the overall direction of the organisation. Overseeing the financial health of the organisation and ensure strategic financial and facilities direction to support the short and long term goals. She develops and maintains effective business, legal and financial planning procedures and ensures that the financial aspects of the project management, including forecasting, are rigorously maintained.
While based at Jinja Century Bottling Company depot, Stella spearheaded the bulk depots transaction in the islands and places around. She was responsible for management of deport, including financial, assets, procurement and marketing of the depots products.
She also monitored the application of agreed upon quality standards in line with the Coca Company in Africa. She provided financial management, marketing development and Human resource management to the depot.
She strengthened the capacity of field staff in marketing, sales and after sales services with a specific focus on bulk selling and establishing long-term relationship with the clients through on the job training.
Stella establishing an accounting and accountability systems for all the goods in transit, assets and management for the stores. This included preparing monthly reports for all the goods in transit and ensuring that all purchases are documented and shared with all the related offices. She developed an transit ledgers for purchased goods and reviewed they status. She developed a feedback system to ensure that Good purchased data was used to inform decision making at all levels.
