I hold a Master of Arts Degree in Social Sector Planning and Management from Makerere University . I have undertaken several trainings including Certificates in Introduction to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Managing Environmental and Social Performance, NEBOSH where I obtained an International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. I have trained as an Occupational Safety and Health Management System ISO 45001:2018 Implementer as well as an Internal Auditor. I have training in Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 implementation and auditing. I have knowledge in the World Bank Environmental and Social Framework, after doing an online certificate course Project Planning as well as knowledge and experience in bid preparations enhanced by a training in bid management I undertook in 2019 by GIZ in cooperation with e360.

I am an outstanding and all-round person with experience of over 10 years (10) in Community development projects and have knowledge in Uganda’s legal and regulatory framework and international standards like the World Bank Social Safeguards and IFC Performance Standards. I have also been involved in various projects in remote areas of Uganda carrying out Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA), Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) preparation and Environment and Social Audits (ESA) as well as Compliance Monitoring and Monitoring Environment and Social Safeguards in Oil and gas, transmission lines, telecommunication projects, solar power projects, hydropower and road projects
