I have more than five years working experience in community development work most especially in hard to reach areas and acquired skills include: trained more than 200 bee keeping farmers, supported more than 500 potato and beans farmers in enhanced skills development and more than 400 individual farmers in production and consumption of micro nutrient rich crops, 20 innovation plat forms of livestock farmers while at NARO_Kazardi, IFDC, A2N-Uganda, UMFSNP and Kika farm. Others skills are Project planning and management, monitoring and evaluation, making project work plans and Budgets, development tools for tracing impact of the project, proficient in all computer packages, use of electronic data collection tools and IHM-individual house hold method of data collection, data analysis and data base management, financial literacy skills and management, use of contingent plans, rapport building and team prayer, developing marketing and promotional strategies in all commodities in collaboration with market value chain actors in the district, post-harvest handling and value chain development. I have carried out farmer institutional development, trained farmers and farmer trainers in group dynamics and conflict resolution.
My future career is to be best monitoring and evaluation consultant in Uganda and world.
