I am a dedicated soil agronomist with a passion for optimizing crop production and promoting environmental sustainability through innovative soil management practices. I have a proven ability to conduct research, analyze soil samples and provide tailored recommendations to improve agricultural productivity. I have worked within 3 different crop value chains (tea, banana and coffee), in the area of soil fertility management for productivity improvement within different agro ecological zones of Uganda. I have experience in designing and overseeing field trials to evaluate the effectiveness of different soil management practices. I have adequate experience in designing training materials and training of trainers on sustainable soil management.
