KEY QUALIFICATION
a. Practicing Professional Engineer in Construction Management of Road and Building
b. Practicing professional Engineer in Contract and Claim Management
c. Practicing professional Engineer in planning (including feasibility studies), construction works
and contract administration for Building and Road Construction projects
d. Inspect the quality of work progress, Inspect work measurement for payment, Inspect execution
of all works on site against design and planned schedule, Inspect all construction projects and
make recommendations to improvement.
e. Provide full project management guidance and services for all engineering filds
f. Programming and planning of resources allocation with operational project crew formation
planning
g. Organize and coordinate contract documents, standard condition of contracts, project particular
condition contracts, contract agreements, insurance guarantee formats and handling other
necessary contract administrative documents.
h. Provide full organizational system and engineering management.
i. General study of construction management guidelines, reviewing manpower development and
materials supply and other related tasks.
j. Eighteen years’ experience in Road and building projects managing and coordination.
k. Civil engineering degree (B.Sc.) holder from Addis Ababa University technology of faculty (1999)
l. The first Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) holder in Construction management in
Ethiopia.
m. Prepares, supervises and approves the development of performance evaluation process, and its
implementation plus ensuring Lessons Learned are properly documented throughout the life of
the project including Project Close-out
n. Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture among the ranks throughout the
Company.
o. Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management.
