Analyze study themes and user responses;
Reflect on findings;
Present findings to multiple target audiences in the Mission;
Assess client knowledge and skill gaps and develop and execute a training on utilization-focused evaluation, and;
Share asynchronous resources for extended learning across the Mission.
Minimum qualifications and experience:

Experience reviewing or assessing third-party evaluations, assessments, and analyses preferred.
Experience conducting or participating in evaluations and assessments.
Experience in one or more relevant technical sectors: economic growth; health; nutrition; water, sanitation and hygiene; democracy, governance, and human rights; conflict; environment; climate change; education and youth; humanitarian assistance / food security.
Experience supporting or conducting qualitative analyses preferred.
