Job Summary:
The Social Behavior Change officer will lead the planning and roll out of community dialogues and FHU behavior change modules, male engagement activities, and other related activities in the WFP
Nutrition project in Palabek, Lamwo.

Responsibilities:
In close coordination with the Project Coordinator, IYCF
Assistants and Community Nutrition Volunteers, identify and take
lead in the mobilization and sensitization of target communities
for community dialogue and engagement activities in sanitation
and hygiene practises as well as IYCF materials.
Work collaboratively with other project team members to ensure
necessary program planning, development, resource availability
and management activities function smoothly and efficiently.
Supervision of IYCF Assistants and Community Nutrition
Volunteers to ensure completion of work plans and
troubleshooting of challenges.
