Senior Resettlement Assistant - TA - 36731, Yumbe, Uganda
Manage timely implementation of planned activities and updates on facility supply chain digitization.
Coordinate the development of required SOPs, guidelines tools, training plans, and training materials for scaling up digitization of the supply chain at facility level
Lead drafting of project reporting for scale-up of digitization of the health supply chain to USG and Global Fund
2. Technical Support (20%)
Working with the CLA team, manage implementation of supply chain dashboards for key stakeholder at all levels of the supply chain to enhance data driven decision making
Working closely with MIS team the job holder will manage additional assessments to determine computer hardware and internet connectivity infrastructure gaps at facilities level to inform future investment decisions
Participate in MoH led support supervision and mentorship activities to enhance ownership and use of eLMIS at health facilities to scale up digitization of the health supply chain
3. Stakeholders' Engagement (30%)
Participate in strategic engagements to extend power and internet connectivity to target health facilities
Participate in digital systems and information technology leadership management and governance at the subnational level to sustain high levels of eLMIS use
Perform any other duties as may be assigned.
Minimum Education Requirements: Required:
A master’s degree in public health, supply chain or related field
A degree in Health Sciences including Pharmacy, Supply Chain or related field.
Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in the health sector supply chain management systems.
Familiarity with Uganda’s supply chain system
pharmaceutical/logistics management systems
Experience in implementation of digital supply chain systems
Experience developing and implementing dynamic dashboards
