About This Job:

Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for competent, skilled, and experienced Direct Sales Representatives to work in Kampala.

Job summary:

To drive new to bank sales in loans and accounts as part of the overall objective to grow the bank’s loans and deposit balance sheet.

Key Roles and responsibilities

Primary responsibilities:

Understand the micro market within which you work and identify opportunity to recruit customers for loans and accounts
Market the brand to new to bank customers with the objective of attracting applications for loans and accounts.
Work within the bank’s risk appetite to sale loans to qualifying customers to mitigate loan loss ratios.
Understand and appreciate the policies and procedures of the bank to ensure a controlled environment of work whilst executing your duties.
Put customer first in everything you do with the main objective of enhancing customer experience with the brand which ultimately will lead to increased business generation for the bank.
Monitor all customer complaints to ensure timely resolution and create competitive turnaround time of closing any outstanding issues in line with the set service standards.
Qualifications and experience:

Minimum Education Qualification:

A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related course.
A Postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
Work Experience

Minimum of 1 year experience in direct sales of products and services (banking sector will be an added advantage).
Key Required Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

Sales pitching & Market intelligence
Knowledge of the Ugandan financial market
Knowledge of bank products and services is an added advantage.
Virtual sales techniques in light of the current reality of COVID-19.
Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
Negotiation skills.
