Regional Commercial Supervisor
The position reports to the National Sales Manager and will be based in the field. The Regional Commercial Supervisor is responsible for the overall management of the Hubs, planning, implementing, and tracking sales at the hubs, Agro dealers/ Agro Vets, and Master Agents (MAs). Sourcing and buying of grain in and out of season. Ensuring Retailers and Farms have all the inputs they require from Grainpulse. The job holder is responsible for all the districts’ targets and plans. He or she is expected to sell the product in their districts at a margin and ensure it is also sourced at a profitable price.
