Manage a team of program coordinators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful implementation of programs.

Collaborate with external stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and donors, to build partnerships and secure funding opportunities.

Monitor program budgets, track expenses, and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with current trends, research, and best practices in the field of LGBTIQ rights and social justice, and incorporate them into program development and implementation.
Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and public events, advocating for the rights and needs of the LGBTIQ community.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of international development, social science, human rights, public policy is required. A master's degree is preferred.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program management, preferably within the non-profit sector and/or LGBTIQ organizations.
3. Strong knowledge and understanding of LGBTIQ issues, including legal frameworks, social challenges, and advocacy strategies.
