JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
• Provide project management support as may be required from time to time.
• Regularly update and maintain the yearly program/activity roadmap and support the team in keeping track of the different activities and regularly flagging follow up aspects.

• You are responsible for organising training workshops, boot camps, learning events and other events (physical and virtual).
• Maintain an efficient archiving system, thereby, developing an archiving tree for Google Drive such that each staff member can archive files in the right places regularly and that there is a high level of personal responsibility in maintaining up to date information in the right folders. Communicate any changes to staff in real time and continuously cocreate and coach staff on archiving etiquette.
• Provide substantive support in meetings, workshops, and other interactive sessions, including proposing agendas/topics, preparing background documents and presentations, meeting reports, and logistics management, etc.

Impact Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
• Support the Program teams to regularly track impact by collecting relevant data from businesses/entrepreneurs
• Assist the Program teams to ensure that all tools for results monitoring and documentation are followed accordingly.
• Lead activity-based reporting while ensuring that key lessons learnt and best practices of the Program are captured to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Assist the Impact & Learning Specialist in organising and delivering training for staff on Impact, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning activities, tools, and processes in accordance with the SHONA Impact, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning framework.
• Support the maintenance of entrepreneur information on a shared drive to ensure the smooth running of Programs, and SHONA’s support to their business development.

Education/Work Experience
Essential:
• Educated to at least undergraduate degree level.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• You must have at least 1 year of experience living and working in East Africa.
