Client relationship Management
Grow company revenues by developing new products
Produce, organise and maintain internal and external sales and marketing materials like presentation decks, case studies, competitive intelligence and contact lists
You are capable of deeply understanding the needs of clients and translate these into compelling solutions and sales proposals
You communicate regularly with clients, manage expectations, update them on progress as well as solicit feedback
Ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
Project planning & Coordination
You are strong in processes and can map out projects, taking into consideration client needs and resources available
Establish milestones and objectives
You can communicate your plans well both verbally and in writing to all stakeholders
Participate in cross-functional teams to execute the product development plan
You ensure that all stakeholders in a project are contributing their part and can mitigate risks
Oversee the development of advertising, public relations, and marketing communications to meet product objectives.
