Job Role:

Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary and coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlords, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time

Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease if necessarry

Requirements:
Female, 45 years and below
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Law
At least 5 years of experience from a reputed company
Knowledgeable in office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to prioritize tasks with excellent time management skills
