Qualification
Applicants should be Ugandans holding an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Economics; or Statistics; or Mathematics; or Econometrics; or Monitoring and Evaluation, or Business Administration from a recognized University /Institution.
Working Experience
Duties
The incumbent will be responsible to the Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for performing the following duties:-
- Collecting baseline data for each project component and all project indicators;
- Participating in the Monitoring and Evaluation of the projects and programmes in the Ministry and its Agencies;
- Drafting Monitoring and Evaluation activity reports on the performance of the Ministry and its Agencies;
- Participating in the development and review of log frame matrix and related tools in regard to performance indicators and their measurements;
- Providing input to policy briefs arising from key emerging issues;
