Description
Specific Responsibilities:
Be knowledgeable about and carry out policies, systems, and procedures to ensure effective and efficient operations of the organization.
Provide Project Management and support to Volunteers in the field and to the country office
Maintained records and archives, and prepared minutes and reports.
Create monthly/quarterly/annual reports on Volunteer activity.
Visit projects in the field with routine travel to all Volunteer sites.
Revise, adapt, and create M&E tools and implement them Provide structure and motivational strategies so that Volunteers comply with all reporting requirements on time and with impeccable accuracy.
