Conduct regular support supervision visits to verify activities at the field stations; provide comprehensive reports on project progress for management
Lead a team of project team members based at the project office
Ensure preparation of quality and timely project progress reports including success stories to the donor
Liaise and communicate effectively with project central management unit and other project stakeholders.
University degree relevant to child focused programming. A Masters degree is highly desirable
Minimum of 5 years of p roject management experience managing medium to large grants projects international non-government organizations
Experience managing high-quality donor funded project(s) such as the European Union, USAID
Experience in working in consortium of partners
Demonstrated skills in program planning, and all aspects of project management.
