ABOUT THE ROLE

Innovation as a Service (IaaS) leverages innovation as a key driver for growth and unlock opportunities with different ecosystem players to solve pressing socio-economic challenges in a disruptive and scalable manner. We do so by adopting co-creation approaches, customizing technology solutions and establishing strategic partnerships.

Can you initiate, successfully lead and timely execute innovation projects for partners, clients and sponsors spanning across different sectors? If yes, then this is for YOU!

We tirelessly work to create/ add value for the corporate sector and you will need to oversee the team’s daily tasks to ensure we are meeting our deliverables. You need to be “switched on” to the vast opportunities and understand the priorities or concerns within the ecosystem.

How you will be make a difference.

Design

Design and lead delivery of custom engagements and associated outputs, taking ownership of day-to-day client management and the development of high-quality client deliverables and recommendations.
Coordinate and provide support on overall innovation strategy/action plan, including formulation, design, planning and implementation.
Customer Facing

Support all phases of customer engagements, from the strategy definition process and development across activities and programs to post execution activities including investment.
Encourage a collaborative, high-performing culture with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress, align project objectives with company goals, and make sure project team is clear on objectives, deliver and install technology solutions.

Skills

Highly proficient in MS Office and G-Suite

Must have strong written communication and public speaking skills
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
Passion and understanding of entrepreneurial communities
Ability to collaborate and work effectively on a team is critical.
Additional Information

Experience Requirements

2-3 years’ of Project management and business operations experience

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business related field (MBA/Masters Degree is a plus)
