Detailed Responsibilities: The Manager plays a crucial role in advancing institutional goals by delivering excellent client services, addressing project-specific needs, and taking a lead on tasks or work streams related to technical client support across diverse domains. In addition, the Manager provides ongoing support and guidance to team members within their purview, ensuring adherence to MSC's established approaches and frameworks. As part of their professional development, Manager deepen their knowledge in core areas of MSC's client delivery and may choose to specialise in a specific Practice or Domain.
Business Development :
Establish and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients.
Take proactive measures to cultivate client relationships.
Create and present proposals aimed at generating business, specifically within the relevant Practice Group.
Represent MSC at conferences and similar events.
Author or co-author thematic publications derived from field experiences, such as Focus notes and Briefing notes. eDttYTG veHIZ
Actively participate in Marketing Activities and engage in Digital Media dialogues, including blogs and discussion forums.
Human Capital Development:
Conduct "Quality of Delivery"/Feedback assessments with team members post-assignment, adhering to quality control guidelines.
Assist and support the development of other staff through guidance and advice.
Share knowledge with team members and foster mentoring opportunities.
Take ownership of self-development by acquiring skills and knowledge that contribute value to the organization.
Lead or assist in planning and implementing medium/large technical assistance assignments.
Conduct setup and de-briefing meetings for assignments under responsibility.
Establish rapport with various client organization contacts to ensure successful assignment execution.
Plan and execute assignments with meticulous attention to detail.
Supervise and support the report writing and data analysis processes.
