Has a full understanding of NRC logistics policies and formats. Assists, as needed in training staff on these policies;

Specific responsibilities

Assists staff as needed on creating clear and understandable purchase requests and other documentations;

Prepare the required documentation of supplies and transactions are completed to NRC standards.

Handbook and other NRC policies

Plan, schedule and monitor transport of staff and material/equipment according to demands and procedures

Coordinate and facilitate timely reporting of eventualities like accidents and breakdowns

Secure that NRC vehicles are equipped with necessary documents and equipment.
