Information Systems Officer (ISO)

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any of the following fields: Health Informatics, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Health Information Sciences, Health Science, Clinical science, Public Policy or Health Policy or related fields with experience in developing a variety of software systems; IT analysis, design, implementation and development tasks. To examine existing information systems and process models, analyse systems requirements, and undertake product development by designing, building, testing and supporting implementation of electronic systems/databases to support the M&E function, implement, configure and test feasible solutions. Designs workflows and processes for data management, analysis and prototypes.
3 Operations Administrator 1 Bachelors and above in Business Administration, Public Health Administration, Institutional Management and Leadership, Social Works & Social Administration or equivalents with two years' experience in administration, management, and human resource. To plan and implement administration, communications, management and operations, human resource, inventory and registry, procurement, accountability, supervision and mentorship; preparing work-plans, budgets, and annual reports.
