Job DescriptionTo evaluate, recommend and deploy appropriate technology solutions to business processes and manage ICT projects to enable the organization achieve its business goals

To implement the ICT Strategy in line with company policies and procedures
To develop ICT Infrastructure
Bridge ICT and other departments/ stakeholders
Review and approve technical reports
Formulate data analytics to support Business Intelligence
To provide analysis reports for user departments
Co-ordinates Development and maintenance of our Website to ensure that it is constantly updated with the relevant information
Maintenance of current e-mail/internet systems to ensure that neither is abused nor used in- appropriately.
Training of new staff on Aims and all staff in CQ
To drive the information technology needs of UAP Insurance through innovation to support the present and future business requirements of the organization.
Coordinate IT activities including systems development, deployment and maintenance
To conduct periodic /adhoc IT management reports
To formulate, implement and update IT strategy and objectives
To formulate, implement and manage IT budget in accordance to service targets and financial provisions agreed upon.
To review and prove IT policies and procedures
To recommend and implement new software/hardware technologies to support UAP business
