Conduct periodic Talent audits and develop succession plans to ensure that the regions have a constant pool of employees that accomplish the various program objectives in line with Baylor Uganda’s training and talent development guidelines
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports in regard to the regional human resource and administration issues in line with the Baylor Uganda HR manual.
Required Qualification, Experience and Competencies:
A masters in Human Resource management or industrial/Organizational Psychology or MBA (Human Resource), A Degree in Human Resource management or industrial/Organizational Psychology. At least 3 years of experience in managing a corporate function, providing support in managing performance driven programs, managing the change process, including executive coaching, communications, and transition management with a reputable international NGO, and direct experience with government and donor representatives. Have Key personal competences in Team and communication skills, networking and analytical skills
