You steer the WeCare&WeLearn (Pillar 2) projects towards high quality management inorder to achieve the country portfolio objectives;
You coordinate all the activities of the pillar 2 projects in association with the project managers and partners;
You lead the team placed under your hierarchical responsibility;
You work at Enabel as a strategy officer, you create optimal conditions for implementing the Uganda country portfolio within the set frameworks of Enabel;
Your profile

Required qualifications

A Master's level degree.
Required experience

10 years convincing experience of international project management, whether in the international development sector or the private sector,
Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in managing either Health or Education related projects; eFDT3Ch u3CuQ
At least 5 years' of experience in team management;
Professional experience in a multicultural environment;
Experience in management of multi-million projects;
Experience in the management of different donors like the European Union and Belgium.
