Applicants should be Ugandans holding an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering majoring in Power Systems from a recognized University/Institution.
Working Experience
Duties
The incumbent will be responsible to the Senior Energy Officer, Electrical Supply for performing the following duties:-
- Collecting and analysing data relating to power supply projects;
- Supporting and monitoring the implementation of Power Projects;
- Participating in carrying out consumer satisfaction surveys and in liaison with local authorities to ensure smooth implementation of projects;
- Participating in the preparation and dissemination of awareness materials on rural electrification policies and strategies;
- Preparing technical reports;
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
