Description

The entire Machinery and Equipment (Electrically) in the Plant and other company Installations are well engineered, monitored, maintained and operated to international best standards, while ensuring the highest uptime standards to meet Production SLAs.
The Contractors adheres to all contractual related timelines on Plant or Machinery services/repairs and installation during projects.
The Plant uptime are maintained at all. This is so that the company can offer the best experience to its customers with minimum orders closure times and TATs.
The organization delivers world class quality products to customers by supporting manufacturing teams to reduce on poor quality and enhancing product care.

Key Roles
Ownership and execution of Preventive maintenance master plan for equipment, machinery and facilities.
Plan, supervise and coordinate planned maintenance activities, ensure proper documentation on both hard copy and on ERP system.
Ensure prompt corrective maintenance is carried out to minimize on MTTR of equipment.
Manpower planning and allocation.
Ensure all Maintenance work is carried out safely and JSA is carried out for hazardous tasks.
Conduct Monthly Electrical audits on facility and equipment and execute corrective actions in a timely manner.
Follow up with supply chain teams in critical spares procurement, tracking and inspection.
Assist in developing strategy of increasing asset life.
Propose and implement improvement projects on productivity, energy efficiency and quality.
Assist the immediate supervisor on any other tasks designated.
Ensure all electrical safety standards and practices are adhered to.
Implementation of projects to approved standards within time and budgets.
Ensuring all drawings, manuals and records are well filed and accessible for reference.
Interpretation and making drawings using AUTOCAD and Microsoft Visio for electrical projects related activities.
Ensure compliance with the requirements of health and safety legislations, standard procedures and practices at all times.
Keeping maintenance logs and report on daily activities and SLA performance with Service/maintenance providers where applicable.
Training and evaluating performances of employees.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering
Minimum 5 years hands on Plant maintenance (machinery, utilities, ) experience. Experience in the Maintenance of Roll formers, Cranes and Generators will be an added advantage.
Excellent knowledge of electrical machinery and electronic
Strong communication, planning and organizational
Having strong leadership skills, pro-active, result-oriented, Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple
Good knowledge of MS Office, Autocad/Design
Demonstrated proficiency in use of ERP softwares, Sap will be an added
Theoretical and practical knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9000, ISO 14001 ),
Plc programming
Good knowledge at health and safety regulations,
