Description
Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about various brands of beverages)
Prepare and do mis-en-place
Welcome and greet members and direct them to their seats.
Take accurate orders and serve members.
Attend to members' complaints.
Collect bills for payment.
Perform any other duties assigned to you from time to time by the Club General Manager.
Education: A minimum of a Certificate or a Diploma from a recognized institution in Hotel and Institutional Catering
Experience: 2 years of experience in a hotel/bar environment.
