They will strengthen social accountability mechanisms for FP/SRH in focus districts, including the development of, and capacity to maintain, a functional monitoring system for the DCIPs. The Advocacy Advisor will also be overseeing the capacity building of selected CSOs for evidence generation for effective engagement of the district leadership, while building effective partnerships with actors engaged in budget advocacy and accountability for SRHR in Uganda.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Undergraduate degree in public health, health management or related field. Post-graduate degree desirable
At least ten years’ work experience, with significant experience in the
provision of technical assistance for health including remote support;
Strong experience on quality improvement or quality of care initiatives;
