A highly motivated and results-oriented Professional Teacher, Public Administrator and Manager with the requisite combination of Education, Skillfulness and proficiency in Programme Planning and Management (Design, Implementation, Human Resource Planning/ Technical and Financial/ Grants Management); Able to take lead in project implementation with minimal guidance; Able to use own initiative, establish and maintain partnership and team spirit across systems.

Worked for the USAID funded Uganda Program for Human and Holistic Development (UPHOLD) Project as Senior Training Mentor (Education), Grants Officer and Regional Field Technical Coordinator; gained practical skills and a good understanding of how to provide technical support and guidance during Programme Planning, Budget Preparation, Expenditure Control and activity implementation processes (monitoring, evaluation and reporting) in a fast-paced environment under multiple deadlines.

Proven Training of Trainer (ToT) skills; therefore able to train and supervise staff in the administration/ implementation of institutional programme components, with a focus on both core and non-core deliverables as outlined in the organizational output map; a good team player with vast Information and Communication Technology (ICT) skills; Effective problem solving skills, dedicated to maintaining high standards and able to deal with administrative and Human Resource issues both competently and with ease.

Successfully concluded an engagement as a Project staff in a Government setting, where I gained a good working knowledge of Government procedures and the legal, fiscal and policy contexts in Uganda, hence ability to effectively liaise with any line department and partner in the implementation of programme components; Above all, ready and willing to undertake new and challenging tasks so as enhance organizational output and personal proficiency in practice for career growth.
